My Story

My name is Paige Thatcher. I began my education journey many years ago receiving a degree in English and Secondary Education from the University of Alabama. I have always enjoyed teaching and learning! I am a lifetime learner and avid reader. I have found teaching yoga a perfect way to build on my education experience while also incorporating physical movement. I am a 500+ hour Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher. I am an E-RYT 200, YACEP and currently in Yoga Therapy training with My Vinyasa Practice to become a certified yoga therapist. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I started my yoga journey in Knoxville, TN. I was looking for a way to improve my health and my mind. I needed to deal with the stress of moving and all that goes along with that! I wanted to improve my asthma and overall physical health and abilities. Yoga provided me with an excellent starting point. I fell in love with  meditation and the many different styles of yoga. 10 years later and soon after moving (again) to Ohio in 2018, I received my 200 hour certification and quickly moved on to get my 300 hour certification in 2020. Yoga continues to provide me with the peace and physical movement that I need to stay centered and active in this hectic world.  I love meditation and have completed the 20 hour Awaken to Stillness Meditation Course by Allison Sobel. I would love to schedule a meditation class with you!

You can find me on Zoom- Thursdays at 12pm Est for Hatha yoga and Thursdays at 1pm Est for Chair Yoga.

In person and locally at Elemental Om in Mason, OH- Mondays at 9:30am and Thursdays at 7pm for Hatha Yoga . I’m also teaching at The Muscle Center in West Chester, OH- Mondays at 6:00, Wednesdays at 5:00 and Saturdays at 11:15pm est. Please visit their websites to register for classes.

All are welcome! I will meet you where you are in your journey. I love props, modifications and will make movements accessible to you. I teach several private classes in person and through Zoom. I am always willing to add more. If you are interested in any of my classes or a private session, please send me an email.
